Building a strong project team culture and close collaboration with stakeholders are key tenets of our approach, as are sound project governance and transparent communications.  

Ideal for organizations that require executive project leadership to oversee one or a portfolio of strategic projects, but may not have the budget or need to hire a full-time resource. The CPO/PMO is integrated with the business and an active team member on a part-time or interim basis. Typically a longer-term relationship. 

More akin to a freelance/consultant hire, this route is ideal for organizations that need project management expertise to lead and implement a specific project from start-to-finish. Typically shorter-term arrangements, with a particular project scope.
